Board and Senior Management

HNA is lead by a highly credentialed board and management team which has a detailed understanding of the healthcare
industry and has a strong vision for its future.

Chairman
Lou Panaccio is the Non-Executive Chairman of HNA. He is a chartered accountant with 20 years experience in the health sector. For many years Lou was CEO of Melbourne Pathology and was responsible for successfully merging independent pathology practices to form an $80m enterprise, attracted a Swiss owned majority shareholder, and eventually worked on the sale of the business to Sonic Healthcare Limited. Lou is highly respected in the health sector and is consulted widely within the industry.

 

Director
Chris Trafford is a Non-Executive Director. Chris provides consulting services to HNA in the HR area, which is of critical importance for HNA in maximising performance of HNA’s highly skilled workforce. Chris is eminently qualified to undertake this task as founder and ex CEO of Davidson Trahaire, an Australian national corporate psychology and HR consulting firm.

 

Director
Andrew Cookes is a Non-Executive Director. Andrew has over 30 years experience practicing as a commercial lawyer in Melbourne city law firms. His skills in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance are valuable for HNA in its early growth phase. Andrew recently founded Wampum Capital Group, which provides corporate advice and arranges finance for Australian SMEs.

 

General Manager/
Company Secretary
Ross Williams is the General Manager/Company Secretary. Ross is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from RMIT in Melbourne. Ross has over 20yrs of accounting and business experience and has worked for both large multinational/public companies as well as smaller family owned operations. Ross previously worked in the retirement/aged care industry and his previous roles included CFO to the Gandel retirement group and before that as CFO at Primelife.
